BIOGRAPHY
MyNameMitchy is a versatile artist whose passion for music dates back to his childhood. Raised in Fort Sill, Oklahoma as a military brat, he was exposed to a diverse range of musical styles including RnB, HipHop, Rock, and Country. This early exposure to music paved the way for his musical journey, which started with performing in school talent shows and eventually led him to form the group “EGF (Every Girl’s Fantasy).”
As a member of EGF, MyNameMitchy honed his songwriting skills and eventually became a ghostwriter for the group and other artists. In 2009, he moved to North Carolina and had the opportunity to work with established artists such as Adina Howard and Tamia. He later moved to Atlanta, where he worked with industry heavyweights like Young Dro, T.I., Chris Brown, Eric Bellinger, among others.
MyNameMitchy signed with Saffron Gold Records in the summer of 2022. He continues to write and produce music, even while working on the oil field in the most remote locations of the Southwest. His ultimate goal is to put his unique sound for Oklahoma on the map and make a lasting impact on the music industry.
